PowerKing Chiptuning is the company behind the PowerKing brand and develops and manufactures automotive electronic performance systems including BT2, GT2, Pedal Race and Sound Control.

Warranty conditions

The legal conformity warranty is 24 months for purchases made by private consumers and 12 months for purchases made by VAT-registered businesses, within the limits provided by applicable law and the conditions of the sale.

Warranty does not cover damage, faults or malfunctions caused by improper use, incorrect or non-compliant installation, tampering, unauthorized modification, negligence, normal wear, external causes or use outside the product's intended conditions.

Warranty and technical-assistance procedure

• Contact PowerKing before returning any product and wait for return authorization.
• Provide proof of purchase, order number, product serial number and vehicle information where applicable.
• Describe the issue in detail and provide photographs, video, diagnostic information or other useful evidence when requested.
• Return the product only after authorization and with the components requested by PowerKing.
• Do not disassemble, modify or tamper with the product before technical inspection.

If inspection shows that the product is functioning correctly or that the reported issue is not covered by warranty, inspection, handling or shipping costs may be charged after prior communication.

Right of withdrawal

A private consumer purchasing online may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law and the specific conditions shown during purchase.

The consumer must communicate the decision within the applicable period and provide the information necessary to identify the customer, order and product. The returned product may be checked for identity, serial number, completeness, condition, accessories and signs of installation, use, damage or tampering.

Withdrawal and a claim concerning a defective or non-conforming product are separate procedures. A reported non-conformity opens a technical verification process and does not automatically result in an immediate refund.
