PowerKing Chiptuning, known internationally as PowerKing, is an Italian manufacturer of automotive electronic performance systems. Our current company was established in 2015, building on a family automotive experience that began in 1982 and on direct PowerKing tuning-box production that started in 2005.
WHO WE ARE
From automotive preparation to proprietary electronic systems
PowerKing grew from decades of practical automotive work, performance development and electronic experimentation. Over time, this experience evolved into the direct design and production of proprietary PowerKing products for modern vehicles.
Today our international range focuses on BT2 and GT2 tuning boxes, Pedal Race throttle-response control and Sound Control exhaust-valve management. Each product has a specific role, dedicated hardware and application logic developed around the vehicle rather than around a generic catalogue approach.
DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY
Engineering comes before the claim
Vehicle analysis, data acquisition and dyno testing are part of the PowerKing development process. Performance electronics only make sense when hardware, calibration and application are treated as one system.
This approach allows PowerKing to develop its own tuning boxes and electronic products instead of simply reselling universal solutions under a different name.

TurboTecnica and performance preparation
The activity evolves toward turbocharger work and high-performance vehicle preparation.
1989
Dyno testing and electronic development
The first rolling road becomes a central tool for vehicle setup, testing and electronic development.
1990
First additional electronic devices
Early electronic systems are developed to manage boost-related and engine-control signals.
2005
PowerKing tuning-box production begins
Direct production of PowerKing additional control units starts, creating the foundation of today's proprietary product range.
2015
PowerKing Chiptuning in its current form
The current PowerKing Chiptuning business identity is officially established, bringing together the experience, product development and brand under one structure.
